Position We are seeking a full-time, 40‑hour Phlebotomist to work onsite at 500 Merrimack Street, Lawrence, MA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Essential Functions Obtains quality blood samples using various phlebotomy methods for all age groups. Ensures accurate patient identification, specimen labeling, processing, handling, and transportation. Communicates effectively with patients and care teams, explaining procedures and addressing concerns. Handles sharps and biohazardous materials in accordance with regulatory requirements. Uses computer programs and systems, complies with HIPAA regulations. Performs additional test administration and specimen collection as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Completion of a phlebotomy course preferred. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
