Title: Master Data ManagerPTP Vendor Onboarding & Supplier Master Data Management Lead

Location: New York, NY 10019 // Nashville, TN 37201, USA - Onsite

Duration: 07 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on the performance)

Pay Range: For NYC ($75-$80) hourly // For Nashville, TN ($55-$60)

Note: Relocation allowed

Overview:

• Seeking an experienced leader to own the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, vendor master data management, governance, compliance, and process optimization.
• This role will drive enterprise-wide vendor data integrity, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Tax, Compliance, HR, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead vendor onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding processes.
• Manage supplier master data across ERP and procurement systems.
• Ensure compliance with vendor documentation requirements (W-9, W-8, TIN validation, OFAC screening, etc.).
• Establish and enforce vendor data governance, controls, audit trails, and approval workflows.
• Drive SOX compliance, audit readiness, and third-party risk management activities.
• Partner with business and technology teams on system implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Develop KPIs, reporting dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing vendor management team.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Vendor Onboarding, Supplier Master Data , P2P, or Shared Services operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Ora_cle Fusion or comparable ERP platforms (SAP, Ora_cle EBS, Coupa, PeopleSoft, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of supplier onboarding, vendor master data governance, compliance controls, and audit processes.
• Experience with process improvement, system implementations, and data migration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SOX controls and audit compliance.
• Knowledge of TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) frameworks.
• Experience with supplier onboarding automation, MDM platforms, or supplier portals.
• Background in large enterprise, media/entertainment, GBS, or shared services environments.
