You’ll own and influence contract drafting, negotiations, and risk management across EPC contracts and project execution strategy. This isn’t just redlining docs—this is being a strategic voice in how BrightNight structures deals that help decarbonize the grid. You’ll Rock This Role If You: ✔️ Know your way around EPCs, module and inverter supply contracts, BESS procurement, and long‑lead POs. ✔️ Speak fluent “commercial + legal,” and can translate strategy into bulletproof terms. ✔️ Understand risk (schedule, LDs, indemnities, oh my!) and know how to mitigate it like a boss. ✔️ Collaborate like a pro with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Project Dev. ✔️ Have 5+ years in energy, construction, infrastructure, or utilities—bonus points for clean energy.
