Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sellersburg, IN, responsible for overseeing video and content production projects from initial planning through delivery. This role coordinates project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables align with client expectations and brand strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing communication with clients and internal teams, organizing logistics for shoots and production activities, tracking progress, and resolving issues that may impact schedules or quality. The Project Manager works closely with producers, creatives, and technical staff to align project plans, monitor risks, and maintain clear documentation. This role also supports continuous improvement by refining workflows, reporting on project performance, and contributing to best practices for project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to move tasks, approvals, and deliverables forward efficiently.
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate locations, equipment, personnel, and production timelines.
• Inspection skills to review work products, ensure quality standards, and verify compliance with client requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software; familiarity with creative or production environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze project data, manage risks, and implement process improvements.
• Availability to work on-site in Sellersburg, IN and occasionally support projects across the Louisville and Southern Indiana region.
