Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Role: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care to patients in Fetal Diagnostic Center and Labor & Delivery, including assessments, acuity assignments, patient education, medication administration, and supervision of staff/students as needed. Key Duties: Manage patient flow, prepare patients for exams, instruct families on treatments, and ensure care aligns with standards and patient age/condition. Qualifications: Valid RN licensure (Texas or compact license), BLS certification, at least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery acute care experience, with 2+ years preferred. Skills: Strong assessment, communication, medication administration, and patient education skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Info: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless exempted.
