Beaver Street Food Co. is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and are available during OSU home football games. In this role, you'll play a key part in serving guests as a Premium Bartender ensuring a seamless club experience. Plus, there's potential for additional shifts at special catering events and extra hours offered for pre-game stocking, organizing, and setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Set up, stock, open, maintain, and close your assigned spaces and/or stations.
• Engage directly with patrons, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized bar area.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to provide excellent dining experience.
• Serve alcohol responsibly, following all OLCC and Location guidelines.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Food Handler card (or ability to obtain one).
• OLCC Permit (or ability to obtain one).
• 1+ year of bartending experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Commitment to working at home games and athletic events, including evenings, weekends and varying start times as needed. Additional availability for weekday setup shifts.
