Pay: $17.66–$19.66/hour | Paid Weekly
Employment Type: W2 Contract | 12 Months with Possibility of Extension
Work Model: Fully Onsite | Climate-Controlled Warehouse
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

BEPC is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our client's operations in Irving, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who is comfortable with order fulfillment, RF scanners, picking, inventory, and shipping & receiving.

You'll play an important role in keeping orders accurate and inventory moving efficiently while working in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, fill, package, and prepare orders accurately.
• Use RF handheld scanners for warehouse and inventory activities.
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
• Verify part numbers and lot numbers to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support shipping and receiving activities.
• Handle and move packages throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain required productivity, quality, and attendance standards.
• Follow established safety procedures and warehouse practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily warehouse goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or related experience.
• Experience with order picking and fulfillment.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Experience using RF handheld scanners.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with part numbers and lot numbers.
• Ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch as required.
• Dependable attendance and ability to consistently meet performance and quality expectations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
