Note: This is a hyrbid role 3x a week onsite in SOHO. This opportunity begins with an initial 1-month trial period, with the intention to extend through the end of the year and potentially longer. Due to standard account practices, engagements are typically structured in 1-month to 3-month rolling extension periods, providing a strong trial period for both parties while building toward a long-term relationship. -- Our consumer client is looking for an Account Management, Director to help lead a flagship brand relationship within their Creative Studio business with a strong emphasis on social-first content. This role is for an agency leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and understands how to deliver high-impact social work at scale without compromising quality, culture, or craft. The Ideal Candidate You’re a social-native leader who knows how to move at speed without cutting corners. You understand platforms, production, and culture and how to bring them together to create work that resonates in real time. You’re calm under pressure, decisive in execution, and deeply invested in building strong teams and strong creative work. Responsibilities Client Partnership: Act as a senior client lead, translating business objectives into effective, culturally relevant social strategies, and building immense trust as you go. Creative Stewardship: Ensure social work is on-strategy, on-brand, and crafted to perform in real-time environments. Production Oversight: Manage high-volume, fast-turn content production across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels. Cross-Functional Leadership: Align internal teams, clients, and external vendors to deliver work efficiently and at scale. Culture & Pace: Facilitate a culture built for speed, collaboration, and accountability without sacrificing creative quality. Qualifications 7+ years of agency experience, with deep expertise in social and digital content. Proven leadership of fast-paced, high-volume social programs for major brands. Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and production workflows. Exceptional client relationship skills and comfort operating at senior levels. Ability to lead teams through ambiguity while maintaining momentum and morale. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.00/hr to $65.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
