You'll sharpen every facet of your litigation and trial skills in a supportive environment with solid staffing, selective case intake, and real pathways for advancement. Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Responding to and objecting to discovery Taking and defending depositionsConducting legal research Arguing motions in court Leading case strategy and investigations Collaborating across dockets Participating in trials Managing settlement disbursements This isn't a document review role.
