Tennis Central is a fast-growing tennis organization focused on delivering high-quality programs and a great member experience. Our front desk team plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all players and families. Location
- Whitley Park Tennis ( Address : 5450 Whitley Park Terrace, Bethesda, MD 20814)
We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to manage the day-to-day customer experience at our indoor tennis facility. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage court bookings, check-ins, and program registrations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure smooth scheduling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Assist with basic operational tasks as needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking
- Reliable and punctual
- Looking for a full-time or part-time job (hours of operation are 7am-11pm Monday to Friday)
- Flexible schedule depending on your availability
- Indoor season focus (October – April), with potential to continue year-round
