Halfway House Counselor — Empower Positive Change
Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota
Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Correctional Counselor to provide a secure environment for adults in a community correctional halfway house. You’ll be responsible for implementing program rules, monitoring residents, and facilitating positive decisions among them. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage crisis situations effectively.
