Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2413.24/week - Job Summary: Provides high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in the emergency department, managing acute situations with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions rapidly upon arrival and prioritize care needs. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and standardized protocols. Monitor patient responses and document clinical findings accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and family members on procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and state licensing requirements. Qualifications: Valid CA RN license with verification uploaded within the last 2 weeks. Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications with valid expiration dates. Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience. Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
