Guest Service Team Leader - Master of Service and Leadership

Are you ready to lead with enthusiasm and ensure every guest leaves happier? As a Guest Service Team Leader at Team Primo's Ben & Jerry's, you will play a pivotal role in our scoop shop operations, particularly when senior management is not present. This position is perfect for detail-oriented leaders who thrive in a vibrant, community-focused environment. You will guide shifts, delegate tasks, and inspire your team to excel in every interaction.

Immerse yourself in the heart of our daily operations, both in-store and during off-premise events. You'll become a flavor coach, managing guest interactions and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a proactive approach, with a focus on maintaining high standards and fostering a supportive and energetic work culture.
