In the context of a long-term assignment carried out at one of our clients (major energy company) based in Lyon, you will take on the role of technical expert within a strategic project.

This project, comprising 45 to 50 collaborators, is structured into agile and multidisciplinary teams, including a core team, three feature teams, and a DevOps platform team.

Your missions

• Contribute to development and perform code reviews applying the DDD (Domain-Driven Design) approach as well as TDD and BDD methodologies.
• Supervise a stream-aligned team to foster its skill development.
• Design, develop, and improve technical solutions tailored to needs.
• Actively participate in diagnosing and resolving incidents in production.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of technical deliverables.
• Act as a liaison for overall coaching on the DDD approach and best practices.
• Support the team in its technical progression by proposing improvement paths.

About you

• Strong interest in the DDD approach, TDD/BDD methodologies, and craftsmanship (Clean Code, SOLID principles, etc.).
• Excellent relational skills to accompany and advocate for best practices.
• Mastery of key technologies of the project: Java, Spring, Oracle, Elasticsearch.
• Expected experience: 4 to 5 years in a similar position, with at least 3 years on the DDD approach.
