Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Outside Sales Account Executive will engage in consultative sales, focusing on new business development and account growth while working in a hybrid environment that combines remote work with client visits. Key responsibilities Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline Manage and grow client accounts by balancing new business development with retention and upselling Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and create tailored marketing strategies Required qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record in new business development and account growth Ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close Strong prospecting skills across multiple outreach channels Experience with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
