Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Analyze patients' needs and devise tailored therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Apply evidence-based methodologies to support patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in synergy with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to offer comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and families regarding therapy techniques to foster progress outside of the therapeutic environment
• Monitor Progress and Adapt Treatment: Assess clinical results and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring each patient remains on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Continuing professional development and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
