Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, a full-time remote position, is responsible for making outbound calls to enroll individuals in a food box program and assisting in reauthorization, while providing empathetic support to enhance healthcare experiences. Key Responsibilities Perform outbound calls to enroll and reauthorize individuals in the food box program Assist members in making informed decisions to improve their healthcare experience Contribute positively to the health journey of members through tailored nutrition programs Required Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation Ability to travel to New York City for training Excellent customer service skills and ability to adhere to daily schedules
