This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for a high-performing recruiting professional who excels at owning the complete hiring lifecycle while consistently delivering exceptional talent in a fast-paced technology environment.The successful candidate will take full ownership of North American recruiting operations, partnering directly with executive leadership and hiring managers to identify, engage, evaluate, and secure exceptional talent across engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams. This position is designed for an execution-focused recruiter who thrives on accountability, delivers outstanding candidate experiences, and consistently closes difficult-to-fill positions while maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete North American recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Source, attract, and engage highly qualified technical, operations, and commercial professionals using proactive recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage interview coordination while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through structured interviewing and competency-based assessment techniques.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve recruiting workflows, hiring efficiency, and process consistency.
• Develop market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring activity.
• Drive offer negotiations while partnering with leadership to successfully close top talent.
• Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with employment regulations and company policies.
• Represent the organization professionally while strengthening employer branding within the technology community.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting engineering, technical, operations, or sales hiring.
• Demonstrated success recruiting within high-growth technology organizations.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Strong experience closing software engineering and technical talent.
• Experience utilizing Ashby ATS or a comparable Applicant Tracking System.
• Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Exceptional communication, organization, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple hiring initiatives while maintaining quality and urgency.
• Comfortable working onsite five days per week in Milpitas, California.
• Must currently reside within commuting distance of Milpitas, California.

• Previous recruiting experience within venture-backed or rapidly scaling technology companies.
• Experience hiring software engineers, AI professionals, infrastructure engineers, operations professionals, and GTM talent.
• Demonstrated success recruiting in highly competitive talent markets.
• Experience using recruiting analytics to improve hiring performance and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of candidate engagement strategies and employer branding.
• Experience partnering directly with C-level executives and technical leadership.
• History of consistently exceeding hiring goals while maintaining outstanding candidate experience.
• Stable employment history demonstrating increasing recruiting responsibility and measurable performance.
