Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to identify areas of concern and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methods as needed to meet client goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated care plans that effectively support a client’s mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clients' confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily work with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the field of mental health counseling.

• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses.
