Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Marketing Director is to lead the marketing team in planning and coordinating training, meetings, and events. Benefits: Paid vacation Health/vision/dental insurance Short/long term disability 401K Job Duties and Responsibilities: Update the Marketing Content Calendar to reflect all upcoming marketing initiatives. Design, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns, with a focus on Life Insurance, Annuities, Broker Dealer, Money Management, and Financial Services. Develop logos, art, graphics, and copy. Maintain all links/urls, landing pages, forms/surveys, images, and documents needed to support campaigns. Deploy marketing campaigns via email, social media, blogs, ads, and landing pages. Create, Update, and Maintain Marketing Lead Lists. Receive, filter, and distribute leads. Code and Count all Marketing Leads. Oversee data updates in CRM and various applications. Analyze marketing campaigns. Export data. Compile Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reports. Suggest campaign strategy. Report on trends, successes, and failures and make/implement recommendations to increase effectiveness. Manage blog posting and content as directed. Maintain social media channels and posts as directed (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). Provide Customer Service and Client Onboarding. Screen incoming registration requests. Activate accounts and add to CRM. Optimize the phone system. Field agent call-ins having trouble with the website and troubleshoot as needed. Update Agent Dashboards. Maintain and create logins. Respond to inbound customer service calls, emails, and Instant Messages. Monitor Chat channels as directed and respond as needed. Research current trends in email and social media marketing. Make recommendations for improvements in efficiency and impact. Create and maintain an email template database for use by sales staff. Perform monthly audit of templates to remove or update content. Create and maintain external use forms and surveys and distribute results as needed. Monitor campaigns, watching for trends in delivery, open, bounce, and spam rates. Make suggestions or adjustments as necessary. Website development, design, content research, and maintenance. Landing page development. Assist with SEO/PPC strategy. Manage multiple external websites and the internal intranet. Ad Design and Distribution (Physical and Digital). Assist with coordination and production of video projects, including gathering content, writing scripts, acting as on-screen talent, assisting with production/direction during shoots, cutting, editing, rendering, and posting video content. Creation and Distribution of the monthly newsletter. Event planning & coordination assistance as needed. Assist with the creation and implementation of promotional marketing campaign deliverables and/or incentives. Assist with the development of marketing material. Monitor campaigns and participation. Maintain reporting on incentive programs as needed. Vendor Communications, bids, and relationship management. Format and distribute marketing projects and/or deliverables as part of specialized campaigns, including Whitepapers, Underwriting Grids, and Quick Guides. Design and order promotional items as needed, request quotes for material, place orders, work with vendors, and distribute items as necessary. Assist with the creation and distribution of internal use Google Forms. Webinars: Scheduling, Recruitment, Hosting, and Follow Up. Extensive knowledge of multiple software programs, including: Google Cloud, Marketing platform, CRM, Webinar and Video Platform.
