Randstad Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist who takes pride in owning the entire machining process—from the initial blueprint to the final quality check. In this role, you will operate high-precision CNC machines (Mazak, Milltronics, and Enshu) in a dynamic environment that combines the variety of a job shop with the pace of production.

What You'll Do:

• Set up, program, and operate Mazak, Milltronics, and Enshu CNC Mills.

• Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure exact specifications.

• Manage the complete machining process, including performing your own quality checks.

• Handle heavy parts and operate (or train on) forklifts and cranes to move materials safely.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with CNC setup and programming (G-code and Conversational). Experience with Mazak, Milltronics, or Enshu is a major plus.

• Blueprint Literacy: Ability to confidently read and interpret complex technical drawings.

• Logistics & Safety: Physical capability to handle heavy parts, with forklift and crane experience (or a willingness to be trained).

• Adaptability: A mindset that thrives in a hybrid job-shop/production environment.

Responsibilities

• Program & Setup: Utilizing both Conversational and G&M code to program CNC mills  and lathes. 

• Expert Operation: Running Milltronics (vertical), Enshu (horizontal), and Mazak machines to produce high-tolerance components. 

• Material Mastery: Working with a wide range of materials, from Nylon and Aluminum  to Carbon Steel, Cast Iron, and Stainless Steel. 

• Heavy-Duty Precision: Safely utilizing overhead cranes and forklifts to manage the  large-scale parts and fixtures synonymous with our industry-leading equipment.

• Collaboration: Partnering directly with Engineering and Production teams to  troubleshoot complex prints and optimize speeds/feeds.
