We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative communications coordinator to join our team. The communications coordinator will support the communications team with day-to-day marketing and internal communications activities. This position is designed to provide hands‑on experience in marketing coordination, content development, digital communications, and event support within a construction management environment. The communications coordinator will assist with campaign execution, content updates, research, and administrative support while gaining exposure to real‑world marketing and communications practices.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Assist with the creating, editing, and formatting of marketing and communications materials, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, and internal documents. Support content development for digital platforms, including website updates and social media posts. Help maintain brand and style consistency across marketing materials. Assist with event and conference preparation, including logistics, materials, and marketing giveaways. Support CRM and marketing database updates as directed. Assist with basic website maintenance, including content updates and forms. Help organize and manage digital assets such as photos, graphics, and videos. Conduct research to support marketing initiatives, proposals, or internal projects. Provide administrative support, including updating marketing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing and communications initiatives. Complete other projects and tasks assigned to support the communications team.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA)

Strong research, writing, and copyediting skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Excellent organization and time management skills, including ability to juggle multiple tasks and respond rapidly to new events and competing priorities. Detail oriented, self‑motivated, and willing to learn and take direction in a collaborative team environment. Working knowledge in Apple software applications such as Pages and Keynote, as well as all MS Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint. Excellent communication abilities (oral and written). Exceptional organization and fastidious attention to detail. Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity.Must be a team player. Eligible to work in the United States.MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field is desired. Background in communications, media relations, and/or knowledge management preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience working as digital project manager in a corporate setting or an agency.PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, it is required to sit for long periods of time, look at a computer monitor for extended periods, use of hands and fingers, and reach with their hands and arms. Client site pending, work environments can involve some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
