Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify individuals' mental health needs accurately. Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical insights and collaboration with clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to address the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Collaborate closely with an array of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care that encompasses physical, emotional, and social aspects of health.

• Respond to crisis situations with empathy and expertise, providing immediate interventions to those experiencing acute distress and connecting them to appropriate resources.

• Initiate and participate in community outreach programs aimed at enhancing mental health literacy, facilitating workshops, and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master's degree or a doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and competence in working with individuals from a variety of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring compliance with documentation and administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within a community health or clinic setting.
