Full-Time Nurse Practitioner - Physician-Owned Private Practice - Hudson County, NJ

Progressive Pediatrics, a physician-owned, outpatient-only pediatric practice in Hudson County, NJ, is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Nurse Practitioner who values long-term relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

We are not seeking short-term coverage. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner interested in building a stable professional home for the next 5+ years.

Practice Structure:

• Outpatient-only.
• No hospital rounds.
• No nursery coverage.
• Average 20 patients per day.
• Optimized eClinicalWorks workflow.
• Strong clinical and administrative support staff.
• Shared weekend coverage (approximately 1 in 4).
• After-hours call supported by nurse triage service.
