Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist for a full-time, on-site position at our St. Croix Falls, WI location. The Dental Hygienist will perform routine prophylactic treatments, assist in the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease, and educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices. This role includes conducting dental cleanings, taking X-rays, and collaborating with dentists to ensure optimal patient care. The Dental Hygienist will also maintain patient records and support a safe and welcoming clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Dental Hygiene, Dental Care, and Dental Prophylaxis
• Knowledge and ability to identify and manage Periodontal Disease
• Proficiency in using dental tools, equipment, and technology safely and effectively
• Excellent patient communication and education skills, with a focus on promoting oral hygiene
• Active state licensure as a Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin
• Certifications in administering local anesthesia (if applicable) are preferred
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary clinical environment
• Compassionate, professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with the dental team
