Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview Our client, a dynamic organization in the staffing and recruitment industry, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization. Responsibilities Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Determine selection criteria for potential candidates Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking Systems What’s Needed? Work experience conducting interviews and managing candidates is required Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (HRSIS/ATSs) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Availability during evening hours and comfort with short-term project-based work What’s in it for me?
