Electrophysiology Lab Technician - Contract Position

Job Description

The Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technician will support the electrophysiology unit in providing exceptional care during procedures. The technician will work alongside a team of nurses, lab staff, and other professionals in a collaborative environment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrophysiology procedures such as ablations, device implants, and device extractions.
• Utilize electrophysiology mapping systems including Carto, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic equipment.
• Maintain a sterile environment and uphold safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance patient care quality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cath lab or electrophysiology scrub role.
• Preferred: More than 1 year of scrub experience in a cath lab or electrophysiology lab.
