Commercial Lines Account Representative

Description Of Role Our growing agency is looking for an individual with commercial lines experience to join our team as an Account Representative. We need a highly organized individual to handle the day-to-day management of commercial trucking clients. The successful candidate for this role will have strong communication and multi-tasking skills. Customer Service Representative Duties Issue Certificates of Insurance as requested Order and interpret Motor Vehicle Reports and any client-related documents Review client contracts for additional interest and coverage requirements Initiate, screen, and prepare change/endorsement requests Oversee pending cancellations, final cancellations, and reinstatements Check in all policy documents for accuracy and deliver to clients via client portal or mail Handle telephone requests and correspondence with agency clients Maintain all client activity in the agency automation system (Applied Epic) Utilize discretion and independent judgment Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change Skills & Requirements Active Property and Casualty Insurance license required 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance required High school diploma/GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Strong ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize high volume of workload Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skilled in working collaboratively with a team in a professional manner on a daily basis Work Schedule Full-time: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance w/ contribution to HSA or FSA Dental Insurance Group Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays SALARY: $70,000.00+ per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Truck Writers, Inc.
