Client Intake Manager (Director of First Impressions)

The Mission

What You’ll Do
- The Triage: Handle a wide range of inquiries with empathy and precision, identifying the qualified leads that fit our mission.
- The Connection: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, guiding them from their initial crisis to a scheduled consultation.
- The Strategy: Work independently to manage the lead pipeline, ensuring no one falls through the cracks and every caller feels like our only priority.
- The Precision: Use MS Office and our legal tech stack to document case details with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Service DNA: A proven track record of excellence in customer-heavy environments. You know how to turn a stressful conversation into a positive experience.
- Communication Mastery: You are as comfortable on the phone as you are writing a professional email.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook. (Experience with Legal CRMs is a plus!)
- The "Proactive" Factor: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a lead that needs a follow-up, and you handle it.
- Legal Experience? It’s a plus, but not a requirement. We can teach you the law; we can’t teach you how to care.
