Warehouse Production Manager  Location: Henderson, NV

Salary: $70,000 per year (Salary/Exempt)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Production Manager to join our team in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing production teams, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is available for an immediate start.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Schedule may be extended based on business needs and production demands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of approximately 25 production employees.
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily production schedules to meet operational goals and customer deadlines.
• Work closely with management and other departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in commercial laundry and apparel is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team of approximately 25 employees .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be available to start immediately .
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test .
