MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Talquin Electric Cooperative is seeking a professional and customer-focused Member Services Representative to assist members and support daily office operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong communication, clerical, and organizational skills who enjoys working directly with the public. The ideal candidate will provide courteous and accurate customer service, assist with payment processing, follow established policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records and work products. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, tactful, and able to maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanor. General office experience is preferred, and previous experience handling or accounting for payments is strongly desired.
