Minimum RequirementsExperience

• ✔️ Previous OR circulating experience required
• ⭐ OR Charge Nurse experience preferred
• ❌ No first-time travelers

Certifications

• Current RN license (state-specific)
• BLS (if required by facility/agency)

Experience with the following is preferred:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Neurosurgery
• GYN
• OB/C-Sections
• ENT
• Plastics
• Vascular
• Ophthalmology (Eyes)

Patient Ratio

• 1:1

Call Requirements

• 1 weekday call per week
• 1 weekend call every 6 weeks
• Weekends are call only
• 20-minute callback response time
• Must remain within 20 minutes of the hospital while on call

Floating

• No floating between units

Scheduling

• No block scheduling
• Variable day shifts based on unit needs

Scrubs

• Any color scrubs permitted
