Quick Facts Location: Fort Worth, TX Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Ongoing per diem opportunities Shift: Flexible shifts, including inpatient and ER coverage Hours/Week: Varies based on availability Employment Type: Per diem Required Licenses/Certs: Medical license in TX, Board Certification preferred Experience: Previous OB/GYN hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $214.50 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide OB triage, admissions, and inpatient care Attend deliveries and assist with Cesarean sections Manage emergency labor and delivery situations Conduct ER consults for GYN emergencies Cover the OB floor and unassigned patients Respond to emergencies in Labor and Delivery Collaborate with hospital staff and participate in patient care planning What You Need Required: Valid medical license in Texas Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN Experience with labor and delivery, OB triage, and inpatient care Preferred: Previous hospitalist or OB/GYN experience in a hospital setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a respected hospital in Fort Worth, offering a dynamic environment that serves over 50,000 patients annually.
