Paralegal - ERISA/Employee Benefits

The Firm is currently seeking a qualified paralegal for its Employee Benefits Practice. Employee Benefits Experience Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience working with retirement plans either as a paralegal or with a third-party plan administrator or recordkeeper. Experience with health and welfare benefits and/or executive compensation plans is a plus. Familiarity with compliance matters related to retirement plans and/or health and welfare benefits. Legal & Administrative Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management ability. Professional demeanor and client-focused attitude. Technical & Software Competence Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
