Senior Investigator - Extended Workforce Compliance & Policy
Google is seeking an experienced leader for Extended Workforce Investigations (xWI) within People Operations. The role focuses on managing complex investigations, upholding the Google Code of Conduct, and mitigating co-employment risk across a global extended workforce. The team partners with xWS, Employment Legal, and other investigative groups to ensure fair, compliant processes and robust guidance.
