What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to manage care plans
• Support high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal procedures as needed
• Participate in clinical decision-making and family education
• Lead or contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Support pediatric subspecialties including surgery, cardiology, and neurology
• Engage in professional development and mentorship programs, especially for new graduates

What You Need

• Board Certified in Neonatal Pediatric Nursing (NNP) FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted
• Michigan RN license and NNP certification required
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience preferred, but open to new graduates
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care and family communication skills
