Southern Elevator is seeking a Temporary (12-16 weeks) Office Administrator in Charlotte, NC to cover a leave of absence. The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting the operational activities of the company. This position involves coordinating between various departments, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of operations.
• Act as a liaison between departments (sales, service, installation, finance) to facilitate information flow and resolve issues.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to operations, service requests, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee inventory levels of parts and supplies, coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability.
• Ensure that all operations adhere to industry regulations and safety standards, maintaining documentation for audits.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding service schedules, equipment, and warranties, escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with operations management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
