Responsibilities 

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Plumbing Service Technicians to drive performance, accountability, and exceptional customer service. 

• Oversee daily service operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, profitably, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

• Support technicians in identifying sales opportunities, building estimates, and communicating solutions clearly and professionally to customers. 

• Monitor key performance metrics and regularly evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with company goals and revenue targets. 

• Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes, safety standards, company policies, and State Plumbing regulations.

• Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and trust. 

• Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and ongoing training to improve technician performance, communication, and technical skills. 

• Collaborate with dispatch and office teams to improve scheduling efficiency, workflow, and overall operational effectiveness. 

• Maintain accurate job documentation, invoices, estimates, and reporting. 

• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on professionalism, growth, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

• Stay informed on industry trends, technology, and best practices to continuously improve service operations. 

What We're Looking For 

• Proven success in residential plumbing service management with a minimum of five (5) years of industry experience. 

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills with the ability to motivate and hold technicians accountable. 

• Experience managing KPIs, revenue goals, technician performance, and overall service department operations. 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to professionally resolve escalated customer concerns. 

• Proficiency in ServiceTitan and comfort working with technology, reporting, and operational systems.

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

• Valid driver's license with a cleaning record and the ability to meet company insurability requirements. 

• Ability to pass a pre-employment and background check and drug screening. 

• Stay informed on industry trends, technology, and best practices to continuously improve service operations.
