$20.00–$22.00/hr | Full-time, Monday–Friday | Guaranteed 40-hour workweek | Onsite at 2300 Gateway Drive, Irving, TX (not remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Purchasing & Inventory Specialist to join our Operations team in Irving. This is a hands-on role split between the office and the warehouse. You’ll place purchase orders and work directly with suppliers, and you’ll count and reconcile stock yourself.

What You’ll Do

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

• Manage purchasing activities for multiple company locations utilizing our ERP platform.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand trends, and business needs to determine purchasing requirements.
• Create, review, and maintain purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, deliveries, and backorders.
• Monitor open purchase orders and communicate expected delivery dates.
• Support supplier performance management and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Inventory Control & Accuracy

• Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and storage locations.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and variance investigations on the warehouse floor.
• Research discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Monitor inventory movement and support optimization efforts.
• Execute approved inventory adjustments and support automation initiatives.

Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Utilize reporting tools and dashboards to support decisions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong computer proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in both an office and a warehouse setting
• Able to commute to our Irving, TX location daily (onsite role; no relocation assistance)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years in Purchasing, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, or a related role
• ERP experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with e-Automate, e-Views, Tableau, Paycom, Teams, Zoom, OneNote, or Scribe

Schedule
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week guaranteed | Occasional evening or weekend inventory activities may be required.
