Paid Time Off (PTO) Commission Opportunities Company Vehicle (gas covered) Autonomous environment - freedom to work solo in the field Work outdoors (Seasonal work April through October) Bonus pay opportunities available Do not have to enter homes, only work on outside of properties Responsibilities Represent the company and maintain a high level of customer service Maintain a clean vehicle and equipment Survey yards for mosquito breeding grounds Reduce or apply larvicide to standing water on the property Give clients recommendations on products and services Apply control products to the surrounding foliage using a motorized backpack sprayer Qualifications No prior experience necessary Be at least 18 years old Have a valid driver's license Be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs Be hardworking & reliable Possess excellent communication & customer service skills Be comfortable working independently Pass licensing test (all multiple choice - we train & pay for this) We are seeking workers in: Round Lake, Lindenhurst, Grayslake, Volo, Wauconda, Island Lake, Lake Zurich, Hawthorne Woods (and surrounding areas) Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply: Pest control Lawncare & landscaping Outdoor Labor & home services Customer Service Veterans Police, fire and first responders Drivers FedEx, UPS, DHL Amazon warehouse or drivers High School Seniors (18+ years old) College Students Someone seeking a 2nd job (flex schedule) Gig workers (Uber, Lyft, Postmates) Anyone who enjoys working outdoors (Arborist, Lawn Care, Painters) Personal trainers Sales or retail This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
