Location: Plano, TX, INDIANAPOLIS IN, Portsmouth, NH, Boston MA, Seattle, WA FTE
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Tester with strong functional testing expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire ClaimCenter, and Guidewire BillingCenter applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end insurance workflows, testing integrations, and ensuring high-quality releases within Agile delivery environments.
The candidate should possess solid experience in the P&C Insurance domain, automation testing tools, API validation, database testing, and Guidewire Cloud/SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Guidewire applications.
- Validate business workflows across: policy lifecycle, claims processing, billing transactions, underwriting rules, renewals and endorsements.
- Execute test scenarios for Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire ClaimCenter, Guidewire BillingCenter.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Perform API testing using Postman and validate integration services.
- Create and execute automation test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.
- Validate Guidewire integrations with third-party systems and downstream applications.
- Perform database validation and backend testing using SQL queries.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
