National Manager, Oncology Nurse Educator Field Strategy & Execution

AbbVie seeks a National Manager to lead oncology nurse educator portfolio strategy and execution across three hematology franchises. This strategic role bridges clinical education, field operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate brand priorities into effective field performance without direct external customer responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Translate portfolio and brand oncology priorities into clear field execution plans across three franchises
- Support creation of portfolio-level nursing strategy for healthcare provider and nurse education
- Build alignment and drive decisions across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Partner with field operations to ensure effective tools, processes, systems, and training infrastructure
- Identify emerging field needs and barriers; mobilize resources to address performance opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred
- 5+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred
- Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field effectiveness experience
- Strong clinical patient management experience and oncology/hematology clinical acumen
- Proven ability to influence without authority and lead across cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory requirements
