Position: Server
Location: Alderwood, WA

Salary: $21.00– $30.00 per hour (base)
Average Total Pay with Tips: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour

Swish is seeking both part-time and full-time Servers. Our Servers are the ambassadors who connect the Swish experience with our guests, and always deliver the best experience.

Responsibilities:
o Maintain a positive and calm demeanor at all times
o Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
o Follow Swish’s operational policies and procedures
o Be punctual and on-time.
o Basic mixology knowledge and bar duties, such as pouring beer, wine, sake, and liquor.
o Educate and engage guests 
o Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
o A min of 1 years’ experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
o Ability to be vigilant and attentive to customers’ needs
o Excellent verbal communication skills
o Must have valid food handler’s permit, alcohol serving license preferred
o Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
o 18+ years of age
