Member Services RepresentativeOne of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Member Services Representative located in Fort Worth, TX.Job PurposeResponsible for providing excellent service to members and front line staff the servicing of titles for American Airlines Credit Union.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer department ACD calls from membersPerform clerical duties necessary to perfect security liens, title transfers and lien releasesReview, maintain and track title files and reportsAssist members and Credit Union staff with title processing, ownership transfer, state filings and lien recordingsInteract with field staff via telephone, e-mail and faxInteract with various state motor vehicle departmentsReview loan documents for accuracy and legalityCreate and promote positive name recognition for the Credit UnionResearch member inquiries and provide solutions as required in a timely mannerFoster a culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence and relationship building within the overall organizationCross-train on Member Services Representative duties to provide coverage for teller line during morning hours, lunches, vacation and Saturday rotations (if position is located in a Branch location)Perform other duties as assignedThe selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDPreferred QualificationsPrevious banking or Credit Union experiencePrevious customer service experienceKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesSkilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the softwareSkilled in data entry with the ability to operate standard office machinesAbility to exercise excellent member service skills and interact professionally with all employees and membersAbility to perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a teamAbility to effectively communicate with all levels both verbally and writtenAbility to speak, read, and write Spanish is a plusAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionAbility to perform basic math calculations and analyze dataAbility to work well under deadlines and high volume pressureAbility to self-motivate with strong organization skills and capacity for attention to detailAbility to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlinesAbility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekendsAbility to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to maintain satisfactory performance and attendanceAbility to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks
