Director of Project Management

Role Description

Our client is a fast-growing company operating within the financial and medical lien services sector. They support individuals involved in personal injury cases by providing financial assistance while clients wait for their legal cases to settle. They also work with law firms, doctors, surgery centres, and hospitals to assist with medical care coordination and funding support.

They are seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead project management functions, oversee cross-functional execution, and manage a range of operational initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for a confident and organised project management leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to turn priorities into clear action plans, ensure follow-through, and drive accountability across teams. This is a fully remote opportunity working USA hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role with direct people management experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• PMP certification preferred, but not required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
