Supervisor, CSR

Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the customer service department Train CSRs in daily operations for the customer service group Develop and maintain positive customer relationships Ensure accurate data capture and system entry Utilize data and problem‑solving skills to resolve internal and vendor issues Look for customer process improvement opportunities Support teams located at customer sites Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years in transportation/supply chain management in a 3PL environment Minimum of 2 years of successful management experience in a logistics, customer service or related field Basic knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) Proficiency in MS Office applications (to include Excel, Word & Outlook) Excellent communication skills and able to deal with clients tactfully and efficiently. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in customer service management, with a focus on training, relationship building, and process improvement within a logistics or supply chain context.
