Inventory Control Supervisor (Distribution/Warehouse)

Responsibilities Implement space utilization plan to meet prescribed cost and service standards.
Monitor the space layout plan to ensure it continues to meet company standards.
Implement an effective product locator system and update as necessary.
Delegate work and responsibility to subordinates.
Oversee scheduled shifts and evaluate the working of inventory staff and subordinates.
Analyze daily cycle counts and reconcile any discrepancies between physical count and perpetual record.
Audit the daily error report and make corrections as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned (In transit report, shipping adjustments, etc.).
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Develop team leaders and ensure that associate expectations are being met.
Requirements Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
One year of experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
Basic computer skills.
Proficiency with RF scanners.
Experience with WMS functions.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to accomplish job tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
Capability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast‑pace work environment.
Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months, ranging from mild to moderate.
Certifications & Qualifications High school diploma.
GED.
