Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES


Engagement Leadership & Client Trust


Single senior point of contact for client executives and transformation leads; run focused discovery workshops; translate operational pain into a prioritized roadmap.


Solution Architecture


Design target-state workflows for security-master onboarding, instrument-data validation, exception clearing, and reconciliation; route exceptions out of isolated spreadsheets into a swarm-able, workflow-managed model.


Verifiable Autonomy by Design


Architect the verification, governance, and audit layer around every agentic component. No black-box automation enters a risk calculation - Client's signature differentiator.


Private-Instruments Domain Depth


Bring genuine expertise in private-market and OTC reference data so solutions survive contact with real instruments, not just clean demos.


Delivery Orchestration & Team Leadership


Stand up and lead the Clients pod - solutioning, data and AI engineering, domain SMEs; set the quality bar; manage to milestones.


MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE


• 10+ years in the investment management technology & operations: deep middle-office and securities-data exposure


• Hands-on experience with a major enterprise portfolio & risk platform (e.g., Aladdin): security master, security-type taxonomy, data onboarding / interface files, risk analytics; ideally direct platform-implementation experience


• Private-instrument reference-data expertise: OTC derivatives, private credit, private equity; terms & conditions, reset / index mechanics


• Data engineering & data-quality leadership at scale: reconciliation, exception management, market-data pipelines


• Market-data vendor fluency: e.g., LSEG, ICE, Bloomberg, Charles River


• Agentic AI solutioning: ability to design high-level workflows and define a verification / governance architecture around it


PREFERRED EDGE


Prior experience implementing or operating a major portfolio & risk platform (client-side or partner-side) • multi-source data sourcing (e.g., regulatory filings, multi-vendor) for gap remediation • authentic modern AI-engineering tooling fluency • Big 4 or specialist investment-operations consultancy background • private-markets / alternatives data exposure.
