Position Overview: Our division is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Management Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on Reporting and Communications. The creation, management, and delivery of presentations that inform strategic decision-making at the executive level, including reporting to the Board of Directors. The position requires exceptional analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize information into clear, actionable insights. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for various communications activities across SFA and must demonstrate flexibility to adapt to new responsibilities. Our Impact: Our department is responsible for driving business strategy and pivotal initiatives, as well as managing day-to-day operation, and business management activities. Your Impact: Synthesize and present on relevant information to support decision-making and drive strategy, including creating succinct and visually impactful briefing materials for executive presentations Work closely with senior leadership to understand reporting needs and strategic priorities Identify continuous process improvements while ensuring execution in a well-documented & controlled environment Assist team members in areas related to business management, including, budget, risk and controls, and resource reporting Execute comprehensive communication strategies to effectively convey key messages, aligned with organizational goals and objectives; Additionally, handle logistics to ensure seamless coordination Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to take on new responsibilities as required by the business Qualifications: 8-10 years of related experience College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of mortgage business Confidence in advising colleagues and processing feedback from senior management and diverse audiences Highly proficient in use of MS software with ability to create materials for an executive audience Keys to Success in this Role: Works well under pressure and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise Exercise the utmost discretion and preserve confidentiality Intellectually curious and innovative problem solver Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy Strong networking and relationship building skills We consider all applicants for all positions without regard to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, physical and mental disability, pregnancy, ethnicity, genetic information or any other protected categories under applicable federal, state or local laws. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $119,000 - $179,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
