We’re a growing residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company looking for a Sales Development Coordinator who can connect the dots between data, customers, technicians, and Project Managers; combining sales development with project coordination to mine opportunities and help turn them into wins.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze upcoming calls, customer history, system information, technician findings, aged opportunities, and service tickets to uncover sales opportunities.
• Match customers with the right technician and Project Manager based on their needs and the best opportunity to earn the work. 
• Connect with 60–100 customers per day via phone, email, and text.
• Identify opportunities and grow Memberships using empathy, urgency, and trust-building.
• Re-engage unsold leads and recover missed opportunities.
• Support Project Managers with closing and follow-up conversations.
• Handle cancellations professionally and with care.
• Manage financing and payment collection for your closed deals.
• Keep customer activity organized and documented in ServiceTitan CRM.
• Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Responsibilities may extend beyond normal office hours as customer and business needs require.

• Mine and coordinate 40+ sales calls for technicians per week.
• Achieve 100+ new Membership growth per month.
• Contact all unsold leads within 24 hours, with multiple attempts across multiple days and channels.
• Build a growing pipeline and stronger customer relationships every week.
• Identify opportunities others might miss and put the right people in the best position to earn the work.
